I would like to thank Ashley for her kindness and caring to us through a very hard day , from the moment I contacted her on what’s app to the end of her visit . We didn’t want to take our beautiful girl to a vet with the coldness of a treatment room to prying eyes watching we wanted peace , comfort , and kindness throughout the day . Ashley came into the house with only kindness and concern for Heidi And treated her with the upmost respect to Heidi and all of us . I would recommend Ashley and her colleagues for this most hardest of times she was easy to contact and can recommend other services also . For the hardest of times she is a very patient , kind person and has only your pets welfare in mind and is very caring to a very distraught family . Thank you again Ashley

We used Buddy & Brooke when we had to make the very difficult decision to put out precious cat Ziggy to sleep. Both Ashley and Tricia were so patient, kind and understanding at our difficult time. Our Ziggy passed away peacefully in our own home and didn't have to go through another vet visit. I can't recommend this amazing service enough. Wonderful service from Ashley. I unfortunately had to let Mandy go to sleep 2 months ago. It was a heartbreaking desicion but for her own wellbeing. Ashley came to the house and talked me through the procedure. Mandy lay on my lap the whole time and was as comfortable as possible. I would recommend,without hesitation, Ashley giving your pet the best care when it comes to the horrible desicion which we sometimes have to make for the sake of our pets. Thank you Ashley for being such a kind, gentle and caring person 💕

This is an excellent caring service and it helped both Maalim and I on his way to The Rainbow Bridge. Maalim sadly left us in March this year and having Ashley come to our home and give him a comfortable passing helped so much. Nothing will take away the pain of losing my boy but ensuring his life and his final days and moments were as pleasant and peaceful as possible helps so much.

You would struggle to find anyone more compassionate, empathetic, kind and professional than Ashley at Buddy & Brooke. Losing a pet is inevitably a horrible experience but Ashley went out of her way to make it as easy as possible for our cat and for our whole family. Thank you Ashley.

I cannot recommend Ashley highly enough. I contacted her 4 months ago to get information so that when the time came, to say goodbye, i was prepared. I got in touch after our boy had had a really tough few days to let Ashley know that we, as a family, had made the hard decision to let him go. Ashley was able to come out to us the same day after the relevant paperwork & checks, with our vet, were done. Ashley's gentleness & compassion made the situation so calm & peaceful.There was absolutely no rush & that enabled us to finally let our beautiful Mylo cross over the rainbow bridge. The service Ashley provides is excellent including her very thoughtful card, poem etc in the days that followed. The best thing you could give your pet is to have them in their own surroundings with the people they love & trust. Thank you once again Ashley for the care you showed Mylo as well as us ❤️

Ashley is the kindest of people, which is exactly what you need when making one of the very hardest of decisions you probably ever will in your life. From my first conversation with her, to the time that she came in to our home, she helped us and supported us. We will always remember the gentleness and compassion shown to our beautiful wee girl, and the feeling of being safe in her hands. It is the most heartbreaking thing to have to make the decision to end the suffering of your pet, but as much as anyone can do to relieve the undeniable anguish, Ashley manages to make it bearable. We cannot recommend her highly enough, and are very grateful to have had her help us all through such an immensely painful and harrowing time.
